Faculty Textbook Adoptions

Order the textbooks you want to use for the courses you teach. Remember to place your orders early to ensure that the books are received & in stock before the semester starts.

You may also follow this link to contact your textbook buyer directly with any questions about your adoption/order.

To see the completed adoptions for a course, use the Course Lookup textbook search.

We have introduced a new Textbook Adoption system!

To access this ordering system, log into your portal at MyConcordia.ca, then browse to the Bookstore section (under "Other Services").

We hope that this new procedure will be more convenient for you (for starters, there's no longer a separate username & password to remember!). Please let us know if you have any feedback or questions. It is a new system and some growing pains are to be expected.

Getting Started: Textbook Adoptions - A Walkthrough (.pdf PDF.docx Word DOCX)

Course Booklist

Enter a course code below to see what textbooks adoptions have been completed for it on our Course Booklist:

Enter a Department, Course Number, and Section
(ie. SPAN-200 / 51 or DESC-381 / A) to view related course materials :

- /
DEPT  -  COURSE#  /  SECTION

Check to show book covers (if available).

  • Leaving the Section blank will return all sections for the course (ie. all sections for ECON-201)
  • Using a partial Course Code will return all partial matches (ie. MATH-2 will return all 200-level Math courses)
  • For Continuing Education, use "CONT" as the department

Note that courses for which we have no completed adoptions* on file will not be listed on this report. (* the adoption may still be in-progress)
