Note: The target date for submitting your Summer Term coursepacks for copyright clearance & production is:

March 2, 2012

We cannot guarantee that coursepacks submitted later than this will be available for the first week of class.

Also: Please submit your Textbook Adoptions as early as possible or your textbooks may not be available in time for the start of class.

The Concordia University Bookstore provides a number of online resources for the Faculty and Staff of Concordia University.

Textbook Adoptions

Please note that we have introduced a new Textbook Adoption system.

To access this ordering system, log into your portal at MyConcordia.ca, then browse to the Bookstore section (under "Other Services").

We hope that this new procedure will be more convenient for you (for starters, there's no longer a separate username & password to remember!). Please let us know if you have any feedback or questions. It is a new system and some growing pains are to be expected.

Custom Courseware

Note: ALL aspects of the production of custom courseware (ie. coursepacks, lab manuals) is now being handled internally through the Bookstore.
Copyright Clearance and production are no longer being outsourced to Eastman Systems Inc., therefore all inquiries relating to coursepack production should be sent directly to the Bookstore from now on.

Stationery & Office Supplies

You would need to create an account (and the Bookstore will need to approve it) before you will be able to place orders on this website. Click here to continue.

Special Order Form
Use this form to order Books for yourself which are not currently in the store (Bookstore staff will contact you regarding pickup/payment when the book arrives).

Desk Copy Request Form
Print this form and send it directly to publishers for Desk Copies of textbooks.

Faculty Authors
The Bookstore proudly supports Concordia Faculty Authors. If you are a campus author who has a newly published a book, or have an upcoming "Author Event", then tell us about it.
