A new service from the Bookstore is an online catalogue with internal departmental pricing
already included. This catalogue contains everything in the printed supplies special-order
catalogue, as well as many of the most commonly ordered items which we regularly keep
in stock to assure quicker deliveries (under the "Bookstore In Stock Products" and
"Concordia Crested Products" sections).
Special orders are forwarded directly to our suppliers.
To get set up with your purchasing authority, print and fill out this account authorization form
and have it signed by the account holder/financial manager and returned to the Bookstore..
Then, to apply for an account proceed to the Catalogue
and click the "Create an Account" link on the left side of the page. Your new account won't be activated until
we've received & confirmed the authorization signature.

Return and Return Credit Policy
All online ordered items must be returned to us in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition
(no markings on packaging) within 10 working days of receipt. After this period, any exceptions must be
authorized by the Supervisor of the Stationery and Office Supplies Centre.
(A 15% restocking charge may be applied)
