Support Disaster Relief Efforts

There are many relief agencies working hard to help people in regions devastated by natural disasters such as the recent Earthquake in Haiti. Please consider making a donation with an established relief organization. The Canadian Red Cross and UNICEF Canada amongst others accept direct online donations via credit card.

* The Canadian government has announced that through CIDA (the Canadian International Development Agency), they will match the donations made by Canadians to registered charities for Haitian Earthquake Relief - up to a maximum of $50 million dollars.

We recommend that you donate to established & reputable relief organizations, at such times it is common for fraud artists to attempt to collect donations on behalf of these charities to steal the money for themselves.
