WHAT WE DO
Briefly, our job is to bring about change in Concordia's management philosophy, culture and approach so that everyone within the University, using Quality methodology and continuous improvement techniques, can satisfy the needs of all Concordia stakeholders.
We do this through facilitation, training, teaching, learning, researching, communicating, applying proven tools and methods, applying unproven tools and methods, experimenting, innovating, measuring, assuring, controling, lobbying, cajoling, convincing, proving, pestering, lunching, pulling, pushing, wearing down, building up, jumping up and down, humouring, clamoring, tinkering, broadcasting, broadsiding, grooming, marketing, monkeying around, clarifying, clarineting, singing, dancing, clowning, cloning, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-panting and just-about anything-ing we can get away with and still get paid.
