1. Project Stucture
This section outlines how Concordia's implementation of SCT Banner is organized. The project is structured in various "Teams" including an Implementation Management Team, Process Teams, Work Teams and Consultative Groups.

This section outlines the membership of the various teams. Specifically, members of the Implementation Management Team, the Budget Team, the General Accounting Team, the Procurement Team, the Research Accounting Team and the Technical Team are listed.
